What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, email address, phone number, property address and information about your home, roof and electricity use.

If we install a system for you, we also keep the records needed for the installation, warranties, network connection and any government rebate or certificate claims.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, design and install your system, process rebate and grid-connection paperwork, and provide after-sales support.

We don't sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We only share information where it's needed to deliver your system, for example with equipment suppliers and manufacturers (for warranties), your electricity network operator and retailer (for connection), and government agencies that administer solar and battery rebates. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Enquiries sent through the forms on this website are delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service, which may process and store your details outside Australia.

How we store it

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it once we no longer need it.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@ultimatesolarpower.com.au or calling 0425 819 478.

Questions and complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
