How much does a solar system cost?
It depends on the system size, your roof and the equipment you choose. After a free assessment we give you a detailed quote with any eligible rebates shown.
What size system do I need?
We size it from your recent power bills, when you use most of your power, your roof space and whether you want a battery now or later. Bring a couple of recent bills to your consultation.
Are there rebates for solar and batteries in WA?
Yes. Solar panels attract the federal small-scale renewable energy rebate (STCs), and home batteries can qualify for the federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program. Eligible Synergy and Horizon Power customers can also get the WA Residential Battery Scheme rebate. Amounts change over time, so we confirm what applies to you in your quote.
How long does installation take?
Most residential solar installs are completed in a single day. Adding a battery can add a few hours. We also help with the grid-connection paperwork.
Should I add a battery?
A battery lets you use your daytime solar at night and can provide backup during outages. Whether it pays off depends on your usage and the rebates available, and we'll show you the numbers both ways.
